My, oh my, how times have changed!

Now, I don’t know about you, but I think this is a bit much! 

My grandmother, the most amazing cook I know, would have zero use for a tool like this! But, I am sure there are those who appreciate precision and accuracy in the kitchen — far more than my abuelita ever did!

So, for those folks, I’d like to introduce The OCD Cutting Board!

OCD of course stands for “obsessive chopping and dicing”!

While I’d never buy anything like this for my kitchen, I do think it makes for an interesting gift!

One of my favorite websites is The Sacred Sandwich. Not many can pull off what editor, Chris Carmichael, does when he brings together satire and pure gospel truth. The laughter always does me good! This particular post is one of my all time favorites. I love it so much that I even hung it in my cubicle at work. Every time I look at it, I laugh out loud! I hope you enjoy it, too!
